Presentation Slides Upload - Closed
No later than one hour prior to the start time of the session you’re presenting in, please proceed to Speakers Prep in SP101 on Level 1 of the Convention Centre with a copy of your slides on USB. The team will assist you uploading and checking your slides.
File format
The file must be in .pptx (PowerPoint) and in 16:9 (widescreen) format.
There is a Pathology Update 2025 PowerPoint template available to download below.
We do not accept Word, Keynote or any other file types.
Video content
All video content must be embedded (no external links to site e.g. YouTube), and playback must be set to start “In Click Sequence” or “Automatically”.
Internet access
Please do not include any hyperlinks, as you will not have access to an internet connection whilst presenting.

Speakers Prep will be located in SP101 on Level 1 of the Convention Centre and open on the following Days/Hours:
Thursday 20 February: 2:00pm - 6:00pm
Thursday 20 February: 2:00pm - 6:00pm
Friday 21 February: 7:30am - 5:00pm
Saturday 22 February: 7:30am - 5:00pm
Sunday 23 February: 8:00am - 2:00pm
