Dr Linda Saravanan is the Director of Haematology at Melbourne Pathology. As a haematopathologist, Linda is involved in all aspects of laboratory haematology including registrar training, medical scientist education, quality improvement and laboratory management. Linda has a particular interest in transfusion medicine and is currently a member of numerous advisory groups including the RCPA QAP Transfusion Advisory Committee, the Serious Transfusion Incidents Reporting (STIR) system, the RCPA Haematology Advisory Committee and the Victorian Blood User Group (BUG) of which she is a past Chair.
