In an ever-expanding field with new entities largely defined by their molecular alterations being reported on a near daily basis, it can be difficult to stay up to date on emerging tumor types and make sense of controversial entities. This presentation will cover some new or redefined mesenchymal entities with a focus on malignant tumors and their mimics, and discuss how to make the diagnosis when specific molecular testing is not available.
