Professional Bio
Dr Karrnan Pathmanandavel is a joint trainee in paediatric allergy/immunology and immunopathology, having rotated through St Vincent's Hospital (2023), Westmead Hospital / ICPMR (2024), and the Children's Hospital at Westmead (as of Feb 2025). He is also undertaking a PhD in the Immunology and Immunodeficiency Laboratory at the Garvan Institute. His particular research interests are IgE dysregulation and B cell memory but he concedes T cells have their merits too.
