Clin Prof John Burnett is Editor-in-Chief of the RCPA journal Pathology. He has been on the Pathology Editorial Board since 2013 and has been actively involved with the RCPA for many years, among his other commitments to pathology, research and teaching. John is a well respected chemical pathologist in Western Australia and his research has contributed to understanding of the structure, function, genetics, and metabolism of the plasma lipoproteins and their link to atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease. He has published almost 190 peer reviewed articles, 16 book chapters, and co-edited four editions of the RCPA Manual.
