I am commencing as a genetic pathology registrar at SA Pathology in 2025. I recently completed a MS in Biomedical Informatics at the NYU Grossman School of Medicine through the Fulbright Scholarship program. My thesis with the Snuderl Lab investigated the analysis of 3D genomics data to characterise structural variants in routine cancer biopsies with a focus on identifying changes in regulatory interactions with oncogenes due to rearrangements in non-coding regions of the genome.
