Dr. Adeline Tan is the lead histopathologist and cytopathologist for gynaepathology services at Clinipath (GynaePathWA), Sonic Healthcare in Perth. She holds an honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer position at the University of Western Australia. Dr. Tan completed her medical training with dual first-class honours at the University of Tasmania, followed by fellowship training in pathology in Sydney. She serves as a pathology reviewer for the Ovarian Tumour Tissue Analysis (OTTA) consortium, Western Australia Gynaecological Oncology (WAGO) biobank and St John of God Gynaecological Cancer Research. Dr. Tan also has research collaborations with Curtin University and the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research.  In addition to her clinical and research roles, Dr. Tan serves as the Pathology Convener for the Australian Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (ASCCP) and is on the expert panel of RCPA's Structured Reporting for carcinomas of the cervix.  She is a member of the International Society of Gynaecological Pathologists (ISGyP), British Association of Gynaepathologists (BAGP) and International Society of Gynecologic Cancer (ISGC).  With her combined expertise in clinical practice, research and advocacy for women's health, Dr. Tan is dedicated to improving patient outcomes and advancing the field of gynaepathology.
