How to submit your abstract

You can log in with the password you set at anytime by clicking the Log In button in the top right corner of this page.
If you forget your password you can click the 'Forgot Your Password?' button on the login page to be emailed with a link to reset it.
Do not create a new account.

Access your presentation
Once you have set a password and logged in;
- Click your initials/profile photo/the square in the top right corner to access a drop-down menu
- Click My Dashboard on the drop-down menu
- Once on your dashboard, click My Talks on the menu on the left
- Click the Actions button, and then click Edit (under View)

Your content in the Abstract Description/Overview box should resemble the screenshot below i.e. the list of authors and institutions with superscript.

Abstract Contributors
- Under Author Type, select Submitting/Presenting Author from the drop-down list.
- Under Presenting Author, select Yes.
- Input your First Name, Last Name and Email Address (please ensure the email address is the same email address you used to log in).
Do not add any other authors to this section. They all need to added to the Abstract Description/Overview box as per the abstract requirements linked above, and the screenshot below.
Acceptance Questions
- Select Accepted and Approved.
Click Submit to save your changes.
Update your app profile
Whilst you're here, please update your profile. Your profile will be listed in the onsite app.

- Upload a Profile Picture*, and input a Professional Bio
- Click Update My Account to save your changes
